Quarantine workout
Quarantine Home Workout:

We all are missing our gym life in this quarantine time and we don't know how long this go. so here we are looking for home workout for muscle building and all. let's see some exercises without any equipment.
1.Push ups:
push ups mainly targets muscle of the chest, arms and shoulder. wider push ups maily targets the chest and inside shoulder width targets on tyour triceps.
2. Squats:
Squats are basically increase strength .which trains your lower body parts. mainly it targets on legs, glutes and many other muscles. it's improve your lower mobility

3.Burpee jumps:
Burpee jumps is full body exercise. it is used in full body strength exercise. mainly it's target on quadriceps and calf muscles.

4.Pull ups:
Pull ups is upper body strength excercise. there are too many grips in pull ups, but it is mainly focused on your back and arms.

5.Plank
A plank is also a strength exercise. its position is same like push-ups for the
size.
6.split squats:
split squat also known as one-legged squats, when the non-lifting leg is rested on the ground a few steps behind the lifter.
